Complete clean operator arrived on time and walked through the property viewing the rooms to be cleaned. He explained the process in simple terms, giving an approximate timescale to complete the work. He placed protective corners around the house to stop any damage to decorations etc. The work was carried out in a professional manner and put all furniture back to it’s respective places. He was clean, efficient and very polite, explaining what he had done, and gave me a list of answers to possible questions we may have after he had left. We’re happy to help safely move larger items (like sofas, chairs, and coffee tables) as long as they can be moved. We cannot move extremely heavy or delicate items, such as pianos, beds, full bookcases, or large media units, but we will clean all accessible areas around them.
