An absolute professional he got on with it with the absolute minimum of fuss and in just over 2 hours had what had been sorry looking carpets looking pristine. Complete clean operator arrived on time and walked through the property viewing the rooms to be cleaned. He explained the process in simple terms, giving an approximate timescale to complete the work. He placed protective corners around the house to stop any damage to decorations etc. The work was carried out in a professional manner and put all furniture back to it’s respective places. He was clean, efficient and very polite, explaining what he had done, and gave me a list of answers to possible questions we may have after he had left. The invoice for the work was presented in a professional manner for the agreed price, which we paid before he left. My Mams carpet was cleaned yesterday. Fantastic job. Organising the work was really easy. All communications have been dealt with quickly. She lives in a first floor flat and so we were a bit worried about how far the equipment would stretch. We needn’t have worried. The carpets dried quickly and my Mam is very very pleased. Won’t hesitate to recommend this company. Brilliant job ?

Have used Shaun on a few occasions and always brilliant service and very professional. Last occasion was a challenge but as usual he came up trumps. Stain on new rug I didn’t think would come out but he managed it. A huge Thank You needs to be given.

Very good service. A full afternoon of Shaun's cleaning service left our carpets looking brighter, cleaner, fresher. Almost as good as having brand new carpets!
