Shaun, the technician, turned up spot on time and got straight to work. He was fast, efficient and explained everything in detail. An absolute professional he got on with it with the absolute minimum of fuss and in just over 2 hours had what had been sorry looking carpets looking pristine. Shaun cleaned my living room carpet and also my mother's on the same day. He arrived promptly, got to work straight away. The results were excellent. So glad I booked him. I'd considered hiring a machine, but he was all done in an hour or two, then straight on to my mother's house a short drive away. Again excellent results. Thank you Shaun!
